Hey, I am a young professional who is currently working at the University of St Andrews. I am looking for an individual to share a beautiful 3-bedroom property in St Andrews. The flat does not have a HMO license, therefore, one room can be used as a study room. There will be 2 tenants in total (including me). The property is very new and about 10-min walk to the town centre. It is close to three major supermarkets including Morrison, Aldi and Marks and Spencer. I am pretty sure you will constantly like the property. Importantly, the property is unfurnished and I am asking the agent to help with the furniture. I don't think the furniture will be expensive and hope you would like to share its costs with me. The contract lasts for 1 year and can be renewed. The listed price is per person per week.
